OUR METHODS OF WORKING
FORMULATING AN ASSIGNMENT
Over the course of a few days, we will scan the environment and the position that the interim manager will occupy.  We will analyse the problems present and formulate the assignment. Speed is always of the essence, but we still prefer to take a few days to find and select the best candidates.

7 WORKING DAYS
We aim to present one or more candidates that can carry out the assignment successfully within seven working days.

The candidates whom we present have a proven track record that meets all of your requirements. Our interim managers will begin work immediately.

COACHING AND PROGRESS
We will supervise the interim manager as intensively as you desire in the planning and execution of the assignment, and we will also act as a professional sounding board. Every four weeks, we will meet with the client to discuss the progress made, and when the end date is reached we will discuss the results achieved, which we strive to guarantee.
