The difference between searching and researching is the difference between knowing and understanding. In order to provide Volta’s clients with the best possible service, I try to make that difference every day. My background as an international fitness presenter and trainer is reflected in my interactions with our clients and with the candidates who I approach or select. I’m enthusiastic, friendly, respectful and try to ensure that each candidate has a positive experience with our bureau. I use the knowledge and experience gained from studying psychology to make a clear, incisive analysis of the person I’m dealing with and I’m happy to discuss options with them if that’s what is required. In Dutch, ‘volta’ literally means a turn or reversal. It’s essential to keep moving so that you don’t stand still. When will you make your next turn?
