Sometimes a team functions not as smooth as is desirable, despite the qualities of the individual team members. This has various causes; the team is new, consists of different ‘blood groups’, has had relatively many changes in a short period of time, has simply been working together for too long or the members have never met each other because of the Corona period. As a result team collaboration and effectiveness are sub-optimal.
