Every organization is different. However, there is one thing that unites them all – people. We spend approximately a third of our life working, and I believe that it is imperative that this time facilitates life satisfaction and general well-being. Therefore, I believe that having the right people in the right function in an organization is extremely important not only for the organization, but also for the people in and out of it. This is why the mission of Volta consultants speaks to me greatly and why I have begun working here as a research consultant.

I was born in Russia and raised in Finland. In 2017 I decided to move to the Netherlands to begin my Bachelor in Psychology studies and I’ve lived in Tilburg ever since. I have recently finished my Master’s studies in Economic Psychology and begun my career. My educational and international background allows me to take a broad, critical and analytical perspective. This mindset helps me approach problems from different angles and lets me find the best solutions for our clients. I strongly believe that it is important to remain critical and to keep in mind the given end-goal, because as Peter Drucker once said: “There is nothing quite so useless as doing with great efficiency something that should not be done at all”.
