I have more than 30 years of experience as a consultant at the top level of the Dutch business community. For the first 20 years I worked mainly as an organisational consultant in the field of governance and organisational issues. Over the past 10 years I have regularly been asked to undertake more complex executive searches, precisely because of my deep understanding of how organisations work and of the personal and leadership qualities that the ideal candidate must have.
