I love to analyse organisations. Every client operates in a certain context and has their own particular complexities. This makes it a challenge to accurately analyse each situation. How is the organisation structured? What is its culture? What needs to be achieved here to be successful? But also: what would motivate someone to work here? And: what competences does a person need to complement the rest of the management team? The answers to these questions will vary for each assignment. And so will my approach, which is always pragmatic. It’s exciting not only to be able to satisfy a client, but also to change a candidate’s life for the better by getting them into the right role.
